I like that the hotel is in an excellent location. The people at the desk very nice.
The room is small and it feels cramped. Also fuseboxes are yellow. It all looks outdated. So, for 140+ euros per night.. I dont think it is worth it.

Staff was very helpful, coffee service in lobby, nice getting a light breakfast
requested non smoking room, but the prior user was a smoker, blinds were difficult to figure out.

Great design with pattern, texture and color, and ecology with lighting. Comfortable bed and sheets, excellent shower! AC and fresh air from balcony very good. light and bright. Nice surprise to have bag lunch and breakfast with good coffee. We loved the terrace! All the friendly people at the front desk were helpful about parking, the use of the internet (thank you very much!), info about museums and check out. The location was perfect for all museums and dining. Soap was very good along with towels. We will share cards with info with all our friends, your hotel is over all an excellent choice in a perfect location, even for parking. Overall design for TV and storage was also good. Thank you all!
We think some modest tile is needed around the sink in the room, the wall is stained from splashes. The hallway orange carpet is dirty, neutral gray colors might be better with the same design. That was the only element that seemed unclean otherwise the hotel was spotless. The AC was great when we could not open the window due to noise and smoking of other guests into the air well.

Location is outstanding -- very near major museums and Plaza Mayor. Rooms are simple and basic as advertised. Staff was helpful and intelligent. A definitely great place to stay if on a budget.
My particular room was a little noisy due to neighbors in another room.
